DELIVERY MODEL
The transcription services are delivered either through offline more or online with our proprietary work flow Transcription Management System. We work with our chosen vendors and an in house team for the transcription and proofing, QA done in house and delivered to client's EMR directly.
Executive Production Team
The executive production team has vast experience, uncompromising attitude towards overall transcription quality including language, TAT and delivery. The team has rich experience in handling all types of reports and dictators of various accents may it be American, Canadian, Hispanic, Chinese, Spanish, Mexican, British and Indian.
Maria Rosaline Amutha A first batch topper of Nittany Transcription & Training Company, the first MTSO in South India in 1994. handled, 10 years with Acris. She heads the Production for Acris & Logos.
Devamani Pauline Nittany 1995 pass out, with 15 years with Acris, 12 million lines handled. Attended Train the Trainer & Editor Training Programs for Heartland, Ohio. Handled teams of 100+MTs, 50+ Editors. She assists Amutha in Production.
Jacob George Nittany 1997 pass out, 13 years’ experience, 6 million lines of transcription experience, 10 years with Acris. Handled accounts for Infopro, GA; Transcription International, PA. He handles end to end account delivery as a Senior Manager-QA.
Baskar Muthuswamy Nittany 1997 pass out, 13 years’ experience, 7.5 million lines of transcription experience. He handles end to end account delivery as a Senior Manager-QA.
Kavita Shrikanth 11 years’ experience, with Acris for 9+ years, 6 million lines of transcription experience. She handles end to end account delivery as a Manager-QA.
Murugan Ramasamy 9 years’ experience, with Acris for 9 years, 4.5 million lines of transcription. He handles end to end account delivery as a Manager-QA.

Infrastructure
Our offshore production facility in Chennai is equipped with state of the art IT infrastructure with leased line internet connectivity, online UPS back up and backup power generators. All web applications run on 128/256 bit encryption secured through a UTM firewall.
Information confidentiality and Compliance
We offer highly secure and encrypted web based Transcription services on both offline and online platforms. The development of a new automated Transcription work flow with speech recognition is underway and soon our existing clients will be migrated to the new platform. The services are offered through resident cloud ensuring data privacy and all health care regulatory compliances.
