| We are HIPAA and HCFA compliant and we have deployed systems and procedures that adequately
address the issues of security and confidentiality. |

| In regards to security measures, our employees are not allowed to remove from or bring into the work
area, any media like floppies, CDs, or zip disks. Further, the workstations have all floppy drives physically
disabled. |

| Our employees have access to data only on a need-to-know basis; access to transcription work is only
through password-protected workflow software, which has been developed in-house. |

| Access to the Internet is provided only to a few key personnel and this access is monitored closely by
System Administrators. |

| All work areas are physically secured to prevent unauthorized access and these services are being
provided by a third-party professional security agency. |
